The openers were new from the previous owner so the doors needed some TLC. The tech, did the basic service, and they sounded like brand new doors when they were done. Also did the balancing, and what a difference that made as well. Well worth the additional money to get that done. Didn't try to sell us parts we didn't need. Could use some new rollers, but he suggested just waiting until one goes and then purchase all new ones instead of selling me $200 worth of rollers.
